Back in August 2023, we had a 4000 pound oak tree limb free-fall 10 feet on to our house destroying our roof, windows, living room and part of our chimney. We called Cadwell & Co. to come take a look. When Marty came by he relayed it was a decent sized project but assured us that he could get the job done in a timely manner. He immediately set up for all the contractors to come over, look around and come up with some quotes. Once our project started, Marty had the contractors stacked one after another. Not only was Marty on site daily communicating with us and the contractors, He was readily available for any questions that came up when he was off the job site. Once all the structural damage and drywall was fixed, We started talking to Lindsey about interior and exterior paint colors, fireplace facade, and living room furniture and decor. Lindsey has such a wonderful eye for design. She put together 3 mood boards for us to view. She was so kind to text with us, call back and forth, and go over countless ideas with us. In the end, we left everything up to her. She created the most perfect living room for us. Something that we could have never put together ourselves! We also had Lindsey pick out our exterior paint colors. She brought over some sample for us to view. Like before, we decided to have Lindsey pick the colors based off of her vision for our house. Marty and Lindsey are the true dream team. Not only husband and wife, but amazing business partners too. They work so well together relaying information between the construction and interior design aspects of their company. They were both willing and ready to help us put our house back together in a timely manner. We had presented them with a huge project that they saw through from start to finish.
