Central Coast Home remodel

What began as an unexpected setback soon turned into one of our most rewarding renovation projects. When a large oak tree fell onto the property, our team immediately stepped in to restore, remodel, and re-envision the entire home. Our goal was simple: repair the damage and elevate the property with high-quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design.

First, we reconstructed the exterior framing and installed a brand-new roof. We also refreshed the façade with durable, modern exterior paint. As a result, the home gained stronger curb appeal, better protection, and a more updated look.

Inside, we removed the outdated orange-peel texture and applied a smooth, clean drywall finish. This instantly created a more modern and refined interior. Next, we repainted the home with a warm, neutral color palette. We also added a custom brick fireplace that became the new focal point of the living area.

In addition, our interior design team fully furnished the living room from top to bottom. We selected elevated décor, new textures, thoughtful lighting, and a fresh furniture layout. Together, these choices transformed the room into an inviting and cohesive space.
