In our ever-evolving world, skilled construction tradesmen hold a vital role that cannot be overstated. With the need for housing continually growing, the demand for skilled construction tradesman has exponentially increased. Basic capitalism fundamentals would indicate that as the demand and opportunities have increased in the construction fields, so should the supply of skilled construction tradesman. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. Fewer and fewer individuals are entering into the trades, thus resulting in a diminished construction workforce. On the negative, the primary result has been higher construction costs for both new construction and remodels. 

However, on the positive, this is a huge opportunity for those currently in the construction fields and/or any individuals exploring a new career path or work opportunities.
